- Booking Recommendations: We highly advise securing your reservations well in advance to ensure you can choose your preferred cruise time and to assist us in effectively managing passenger capacity.
- Check-In Time: To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at John's Pass at least one hour prior to your scheduled cruise departure. This will allow ample time for parking, navigating any traffic, and checking in at our gift shop. You will receive your boarding pass at check-in, which is necessary for boarding the cruise.
- Minimum Passenger Policy: Our cruises are contingent on reaching a minimum number of passengers. Should we not meet this requirement by the scheduled departure time, we reserve the right to cancel the cruise, even if it is close to the departure. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Onboard Services: Enjoy a variety of drinks available for purchase during your cruise, including adult beverages, sodas, and bottled water. If you intend to enjoy alcoholic beverages, please bring a valid ID for age verification, as required by law.
- Wildlife Encounters: We are thrilled when dolphins make an appearance during our cruises, as their playful antics often enhance the experience. However, since they are wild creatures, we cannot assure sightings on every cruise. Each journey provides a unique opportunity to observe them in their natural environment.
